Merellyn has a B.S. in Business Administration and M.B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis on HR Management. Merellyn is a returning M:STL employee who is excited about being back home. She looks forward to continuing to encourage people to strive to be the best they can be, no matter the challenge.
Jerry is a proud graduate of the Winter 2018 JLT class. After interning here at M:STL, he was hired shortly thereafter. He hopes to pursue an education in electrical engineering. He looks forward to "paying it forward" by helping others change their lives as this organization has done for him.
Caroline is a senior at SLU studying Political Science and American Studies. Next year, she plans on completing a year of service before attending law school and ultimately pursuing a career in immigration law. When not answering the phones at Mission: St. Louis, she is usually reading, watching movies or trying new foods.

Chris is a STL Native. He has been active in the inner city ministry for several years and is able to relate a biblical worldview to a wide range of people. Chris's mission is to create an atmosphere that is safe for learning where students can become men and leaders to their families, on their job, and in their community.

Evelio is a native of St. Louis. Since he was 12, he's always heard the mantra, 'Men for Others'. He feels as if Mission St. Louis gives him the opportunity to fully embrace that, and is excited to hopefully be an agent of change, and be a positive influence on the city. He is an avid sports fan, and an aficionado of film and tv.
Beyond Jobs Operations Manager
Cami received her bachelor's degree in economics from Saint Louis University. After living in California for a year, she made her way back to St. Louis to be a part of the amazing Beyond Jobs team. When not at Mission: St. Louis you can find Cami reading, writing letters, trying out new coffee shops or hiking.
Danielle graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor's in History and Psychology and a Master's in Political Science. After 8 years of teaching high school social studies, Danielle is eager to learn about and be a part of Mission: St. Louis. You can find Danielle partaking in the different cultural and community events around St. Louis or anywhere outside-from a patio to a hiking trail.

Born and raised in St. Louis city, Sears is a loud and proud advocate for city living. She enjoys the eclectic neighborhoods, people and businesses, especially the variety of local tasty eateries. She's spent her career in fashion, with a particular passion for resale. By thrifting and up-cycling, she believes anyone can express themselves artistically with their clothing choices or home decor.

Rebekah is a native St. Louisian with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts from Hannibal LaGrange University. She enjoys traveling and the outdoors, but knows there is nothing better than cuddling with her fur-baby, Suki, while binge watching Netflix and eating take out Chinese food.

Gabrielle has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from Washington University in St. Louis. She enjoys road trips, wandering through art museums, reading, public transit and spending time with her sisters.

Michelle Le is currently a Beyond School Success Coach for 9th grade, and a recent graduate of Drake University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She is from St. Louis, and most of her family is stationed in St. Louis as well. Michelle's spirit animal is a turtle, she has a new obsession every couple of weeks and she likes her coffee and hot dogs plain with nothing in them.
Lesley has a Bachelor's of Elementary Education from SLU-Carbondale and a Master's of Education from Union University. She is considering going back for a masters degree in counseling. She enjoyed traveling and studying in college and is currently a volunteer track coach.
Brian is a second year AmeriCorps member with a Masters Degree in Social Work specialized in schools. In his spare time, Brian can be found grooving in the live music scene, chowing down on anything with cheese, or just settling down to a vinyl and a good read.
Matthew Whitney works at Beyond School as a 6th grade Success Coach. He has a Master's of Public Health - Global Health from Saint Louis University. He is passionate about relationships, education, health and community engagement. He also enjoys music, reading and working toward his goal of acceptance to medical school.
Kadence has an A.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Grossmont Community College and a B.A. in Criminal Justice & minor in human sexuality studies from San Francisco State University. Kadence will be attending Washington University Brown School of Social Work in Fall 2018.
Jessie is from central Illinois and has a B.A. in environmental studies from Knox College. She joins the Beyond School team after finishing an AmeriCorps year of service with Operation Food Search. She is pursuing a career in social work. Her hobbies include collecting cookbooks, learning about native plants, and petting every dog that walks down the street.

Danielle is a recent graduate of Western Kentucky University where she studied Chemistry. At Beyond School, she wants to use her background to encourage students to have a positive attitude towards education and life. Following, she hopes to be a Peace Corp volunteer to reach more children and communities. Outside of serving others, Danielle loves to make music and perform.
Anna received her Bachelor's of Arts in International Politics and Religion from Drury University in Springfield, MO. She is currently working on a Master's in Social Work at Washington University. Anna enjoys running with her dog, gardening and canoeing rivers around St. Louis.
Todd came to St. Louis 20 years ago from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Upon arriving in the Lou, he entered the skilled trades as a carpenter apprentice building custom homes. A few years after obtaining his journey level status, Todd started his own general contracting business specializing in home remodeling and repair. In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, watching a ball game, and coaching his son’s baseball and soccer teams.
