President/Executive Director Josh is married to Leigh. They have two children: Morgan and Emmett. He also serves as an elder at "The Journey" in St. Louis.
Senior VP of Operations & Finance Andy worked in finance and strategy at several Fortune 100 companies and holds a Master's of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. He and his wife have four children. When not coaching soccer, he enjoys rooting on the Cardinals.
VP of Development Joy brings her Master's of Social Work training and experience to ensure we have the greatest impact possible. Joy grew up in Hot-lanta, and also brings her passion for sweet tea and college football
Operations Manager Amy has her MSW from Washington University. She ensures our programs have their intended effect on the community. Amy enjoys bike riding, Pinochle and the Cardinals (go Joe Kelly!).
Senior Accountant ShaLonda grew up around the corner on Hebert and Garrison. She feels that it is a privilege to be back in the neighborhood, working for an organization seeking to help combat poverty through empowerment.
Merellyn has a B.S. in Business Administration and M.B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis on HR Management. Merellyn is a returning M:STL employee who is excited about being back home. She looks forward to continuing to encourage people to strive to be the best they can be, no matter the challenge.

Receptionist Ms. Maxine is a retiree who is getting back into the workforce. So far its been exciting!
Custodian Sam is a military veteran who served in Vietnam. He is a people person who enjoys baseball and chess for activity. He lives in Maplewood and enjoys working at Mission: St. Louis.
Azariah lived in China and attended Beijing University of Technology. He has a passion for music and has sang classical music with the Opera Theater of St. Louis. He enjoys exploring abandoned buildings in his free time.
Caroline is a senior at SLU studying Political Science and American Studies. Next year, she plans on completing a year of service before attending law school and ultimately pursuing a career in immigration law. When not answering the phones at Mission: St. Louis, she is usually reading, watching movies or trying new foods.
