With school not in session, summer provides a time for us to get to know the students and families we serve in a different context than just through the lens of our education programs. Our summer programs sometimes change from year to year - here are the programs we currently have:
Throughout the summer, we turn a couple of empty lots into a safe, fun place for kids to gather, play sports, do crafts, enjoy a simple meal, and learn Biblical principles. Summer Sports Camp provides an opportunity to get to know the students we serve through our education programs in a different context - and hopefully just a little bit better.
Forest Park Southeast - Tuesdays 6:30pm-dusk

Cross the Street is about building deep relationships with the people in the neighborhoods where we serve. The program looks different from neighborhood to neighborhood, yet what is consistent is that a group of volunteers are committed to talking, engaging, and serving neighborhood residents by sharing the Gospel and getting to know one another in community.
