EDUCATION GIVES OPPORTUNITY.

A quality education is a foundation for life and a platform for ending cycles of poverty. We take education seriously and provide students with intensive academic support, community engagement, enrichment opportunities and social-emotional growth. Beyond School is an expanded learning opportunity that prepares students to enter high school with the social, emotional and academic tools needed to be successful while in high school and beyond.

Come along with us as we develop the next generation of leaders.

EMPLOYMENT GIVES PURPOSE.

Employment helps us bring meaning to our lives. It allows us to grow and care for the people who depend on us, and it has the power to transform entire families. When a person is employed, they are less likely to commit crime or struggle with poverty. We tackle job training with a holistic approach. Our Beyond Jobs programs equip people with job & leadership training, a community of support and employment opportunities so they can access livable wage jobs and start careers.

Come along with us as we INCREASE the ST. LOUIS WORKFORCE.

RELATIONSHIP GIVES MEANING.

Poverty doesn’t just affect individuals, it impacts entire communities. Education and employment go a long way toward providing opportunity to people in our city, but other needs still exist. Beyond Charity programs exist to meet those other needs, creating a complete foundation for people and communities to flourish. Our diverse programs empower leaders of all ages to stay in the neighborhoods they are transforming.

Come along with us as we TRANSFORM NORTH CITY.
