  • I help my clients keep up with their court dates and make sure they stay on task with their action plan as we already have discuss

  • I provide my clients with community resources that we have at Mission:STL, as well with others that we may not have, depending on the clients needs, such as housing, medical insurance, banking assistance which we have in house. These are some of the community resources that I assist my clients with.

  • Prepare budgets, reports, and forecasts to guide the progress of EACH1 grants

  • Assist with Mission: St. Louis accounting tasks and priorities

Director of Neighborhood Engagement

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders in the neighborhood around M:STL's building, as well as external stakeholders that have an impact on our neighborhood, through personal relationship building and participation in neighborhood-based and neighborhood-related meetings/activities.

  • Assist with developing and implementing M:STL processes and program offerings that are responsive to and holistically engage our neighbors; assist with communicating M:STL program offerings to the neighborhood community and connecting the neighborhood community to those opportunities.

  • Lead and participate in collaborative efforts seeking the wholistic flourishing of our neighborhood community, taking care to intentionally and proactively cultivate processes that recognize, respect, and advance ownership, control, and power in our neighborhood.

  • Assist the Senior VP of Engagement and the EACH1 team with M:STL's violence prevention efforts.

  • Administrative support and other duties as assigned!

  • Focused on delivering personalized, proactive case management and mentoring towards personal, professional, and community success to a caseload of community members from varying backgrounds and experiences.

  • We partner with Lafayette Preparatory Academy to run a program during the after school hours for 3rd- 8th grades that provides academic support, social and emotional learning, enrichments, and community service.

  • As a site co-coordinator, I manage and support our success coaches who directly serve our students.

  • I also coordinate efforts with our school site, communicating with them about everything needed for our partnership to run smoothly.

Temp. Front Desk Receptionist & Part Time Accounting Clerk

  • Fill-in/provide relief as necessary for two critical positions.

  • Complete data entry on "hard"/primary accounting duties to meet suspense dates within the organizations' QuickBooks & RDS entries and those given by auditors and supervisors.

  • Ensure physical entry to the building is provided to clientele/staff/visitors, and vendors and answer the organization's telephone, directing inquiries/providing appropriate information as necessary.

  • Be available, dependable, trustworthy and friendly as required and very necessary.

  • Provide help to team members and others in various areas via volunteer efforts as deemed necessary.

  • I run the AmeriCorps VISTA program for the greater St. Louis metro area.

  • If you think of our program as a summer camp, I am the camp director. I make sure everyone is having a great experience, bring in new partners and make sure the lights stay on.

  • Nationally we are ranked as one of the top two VISTA programs in the county! We receive that recognition because not only do we provide great support for our VISTAs as they go through our program, but we also invest in them throughout the year to make sure they are successful at whatever they want to do after their year of service. Grad School? Re-enlist? Get a Job? We got it covered!

  • AmeriCorps is the national service agency of the Federal government

  • AmeriCorps VISTA members serve for a year at at nonprofit and government organizations that focus specifically on alleviating poverty

  • Support AmeriCorps VISTA members as they move into, through, and beyond service

  • I oversee the Home Repair Program at Mission: St. Louis. Our program provides minor to moderate home repairs for St. Louis City seniors.

  • As the go-between to our Operations and Field teams, I coordinate and oversee the process of our services from intake to execution. This includes not only Home Repair but additional services like occupational therapy, nursing assistance and case management.

  • I am the steward of our program's budgets speaking directly to funders, grant writers and M:STL Executives.

  • I also oversee the health & welfare of our 104 year old building.

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Minor Home Repair office including our Home Repair Operations Coordinator, Colleen Forrest

  • Oversee and coordinate the staff and client operations of our federal HUD grant and CAPABLE grant

  • Organize and initiate the build out and use of Salesforce within the Home Repair office

  • Grant reporting and data analysis for the many different MHR grants
