Health Insurance:

    • Available to individuals residing in St. Louis City or St. Louis County who are between the ages of 19-64, do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, have no other form of insurance, and have income at or below 100% of the federal poverty level

    • To access services you must be able to provide proof of citizenship or an active visa, and proof of income

    • Application required for services

Mental Health and Counseling:

    • Trauma-informed therapy for individuals who have been impacted by crime or violence at any point in their lives

    • Offer individual, family, and group sessions with licensed therapists

    • Free of cost, available to victims and their family members over the age of 10, no session number limit

    • Trauma-informed therapy services for mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, schizophrenia, etc.

    • Program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurance types; Financial assistance offered for those without insurance

    • Must be at least 18 to access services

Vision:

    • Provide routine vision exams, glasses testing and prescriptions, and various eye health services

    • Aimed at providing services to underinsured or uninsured individuals

    • Glasses replacement program for children ages 4-18 who have lost or broken existing glasses and already have a prescription
